Where won’t you ship to?
FashionRight would like to apologise for being unable to send to any address which are not in the counties or countries mentioned in the ‘Where do you ship to?’ section.
What postal services do you use?
For now we are using Royal Mail to deliver your order. International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airsure® which is fully traceable. But we are looking to use other postal services in the future to expand our shipping worldwide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and payment. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You will receive an e-mail from us with a Royal mail Reference number once we have your item ready for dispatch.

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. * For UK Special Next day delivery payments made before 3pm Monday – Friday, orders will be dispatched same day to arrive the next working day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
